Before or After School Instructors and Accompanists – Tulsa Opera

This year, Tulsa Opera introduced Raise Your Voice!, a new initiative to bring vocal music back to five Tulsa Public Schools that currently do not offer vocal music education. The program has been very successful, bringing back music education for 85+ students in grades 3-8, and they are looking to expand to as many as eight schools next year.

They are seeking multiple part-time (after or before school) instructors and accompanists for the second year of Raise Your Voice!, starting August 2018. This is a great way to earn extra income while spreading the joy of music and singing to students who don’t have the opportunity to sing during their normal school day. Instructors and accompanists need not be affiliated with Tulsa Public Schools but do need to live close enough to teach/play for classes in Tulsa before or after school.

If you have any questions, contact Aaron Beck at abeck@tulsaopera.com.
