OkCDA has only one audition process for both the Junior High Mixed and Treble Choruses. Every interested student auditions for the Mixed Chorus. The committee will place singers after the final round.

Logistics & Fulfillment:
- OkCDA will provide final rosters for the Mixed (approx. 250) and Treble (approx. 130) Choirs.
- Penders Music Co. will package music individually by school and ship directly to the participating institutions. They will also be shipping a directors packet if you have a student make a group.
- Target Ship Date: November 18th.
Billing & Flat-Rate Pricing:
- Sole Billing Entity: OkCDA will pay the full invoice for all music in January.
- Student Fee Adjustment: To cover the cost of music and shipping across both choirs, a flat rate of $20.00 will be added to every student’s participation fee. This ensures that the higher cost of the Treble packet and shipping logistics are fully covered for all members.
Shipping Method:

Standardization of shipping (1-3 day Ground) to maintain budget predictability. All shipments will include tracking.
