I am the principal here at Forgan Public Schools in Forgan, OK and am in desperate need of a music teacher. Our beloved Mrs. Depew (who is also known as mom to me) is retiring to spend more time with her retired husband as he has had many health issues in the last years. As you know, music teachers are a rare commodity in the education world, then add small rural areas and it becomes even more challenging. I am fighting to keep our program alive and thriving for all students to have access to music and am in need of help! I have posted and gotten little to no leads.

I am a music teacher’s daughter now principal who greatly supports the arts programs and provides ample support for the choral program in our school.
